The Vice
The Vice is a ITV police drama on the Metropolitan Police Vice Unit. It ran for five succession between 1999 and 2003. It tells the story of the vice group of the London Metropolitan police force, where other organized crime sex, and prostitution are regular occurrences. Most episodes end such a way where the protagonist is captured but a'naturally' reasoned way that you'll expect together with television dramas, and ending a episode with more questions unanswered than answered.
Even the team is directed by Detective Inspector Pat Chappel who struggles to take care of the balance between his job life and his house - as well as the other members of the team. Employed at the seedy underworld contributes to a continual dilemma for the team - the stress involving the Vice Squad and the crimes they investigate runs across the show and gives the show a rich experience. The programme blurs the type of their team staying to the right side of their law, as almost every participant of the team at points submits to the temptations of drugs, gender, money or honey cubes. Sometimes with consequences.
