Meet the Press is a American television news/interview program. It's the longest-running television series in broadcasting record, even though bearing little similarity to the arrangement of this program seen on November 6, 1947. Meet the Press may be the highest-rated of this American television Sunday morning talkshows.
It has been hosted by 11 moderators, beginning with Martha Rountree. The existing host is David Gregory, that assumed the role in December 2008. The show began employing a fresh set on May 2, 2010, with video displays and a library-style collection with bookshelves, also different, modified intro music, with David Gregory previewing the guests using a massive video monitor, with the Meet the Press theme music in a shorter"updated [style]... the beginning replicated with drum beats".
