Law & Order: LA titled Law & Order: Los Angeles, is an American police and drama television show set in Los Angeles. Created and produced by Dick Wolf and made by Blake Masters, it was released on NBC like a spin off of Wolf's powerful crime drama Law & Order, on September 29, 2010. The show received a complete season pickup on October 18, 2010. On January 18, 2011 NBC announced it was putting the series on hold forever. As reported by a representative of the show, the cast shakeup that was latest not caused the scheduling change. A return date was later announced by the network for its chain. And the episode. Law & Order: LA was canceled by NBC on May 1-3, 2011.
