Being Eileen
Being Eileen is really a BBC"heart-warming" comedy drama which began as a brand fresh six-part series about 4 February, also stopped on 11 March 2013. Titled Lapland, it was broadcast in the United Kingdom on BBC One on 24 the station the show airs on. Although initially a single 75-minute episode which was set in Lapland, Finland, it had been announced to using a set renamed be-ing Eileen, comprising of six 30 minute episodes, thanks to the accomplishment of the single episode, which had been spotted by 6.9 million viewers up on its original broadcasting. The series also aired as a portion of Sign Zone, which features sign terminology throughout on BBC Two. The series had been released on DVD on 1 April 2013.
The series includes an ensemble cast. Headed by Sue Johnston, who plays Eileen Lewis, the programme focusses on her, the widowed matriarch of a"sizable, close knit and dysfunctional Northern family". The episode focused on the visit of the family whilst the series focusses in their own life in Birkenhead. Stephen Graham and elizabeth Berrington , play with the children of Eileen, Julie Graham and whilst William Ash play with their spouses. All the cast - Keith Barron and Johnston, Berrington, Ash, Julie Graham - a love interest for Eileen - returned with the exclusion of Zawe Ashton and Stephen Graham, that played with Jingle Jill, to the show.
