A Woman Called Moses
A Woman Called Moses is a miniseries about Harriet Tubman, an escaped slave who helped organize the Underground Railroad and brought dozens of African Americans to freedom in the North and Canada. Orson Welles narrated the NBC production on December 11 and12, 1978. Tubman was played by Emmy and Oscar nominee Cicely Tyson.
