3--2--inch was. It conducted for 10 years, between 2-9 July 1978 and 2-4 December 1988. It was based on a Spanish game show called Un, dos, tres... responda otra vez and has been three shows in one, a quiz show, a variety show and a video game show. The show was a success consistently getting huge evaluations. The very first series, though, intended as a summer season, attracted around 16.5 million audiences and succeeding decades not neglected to summit below 12 million. The show occupied a Saturday evening championship for most of its run. The final Christmas special attracted 12.5 million viewers, thus , it would be for this afternoon uncertain why an eleventh series was not commissioned in 1989. Ted Rogers claimed in a 1996 interview that"that the Oxbridge lot got hands of television and they did not really want to buy. It had been too down market. Once they took it off we were getting 12 million audiences. Nowadays when a show gets nine-million everybody else has a lap of honor ." .
