The environmental overkill had arrived at some point in the future. There had been numerous deaths. The wealthy could construct the underworld, while the impoverished were forced to remain on the surface and form gangs in order to live. Jason Storm, an underground guard, learns about a plot to assassinate everyone on the surface. To halt the nefarious scheme, he convinces Sumai, a respected martial arts teacher, to join him on the surface.
