Once There Was Brasília
Disguised as dystopian science fiction, the film proposes a reflection on the current Brazilian political and socioeconomic condition, specifically from President Dilma Rousseff's impeachment process, and rehearses an alternate future for Brazil. The city of Braslia shares the protagonism with a couple of renegades who survive by travelling marginally yearning for personal and collective redemption as the country's political capital, and notably as one of the greatest symbolic utopias of the Brazilian twentieth century.
