Lewis Cutterman is a well-known brain surgeon who is married and has two beautiful kids who run the family business, so he is very happy. Among their peers, they are good people. This is what happens when the family invites a solicitor over for dinner. The solicitor is then drugged by them and is forced to eat with them at their home. As soon as the lawyer wakes up, he or she learns that they will be eaten piece by piece and that the kid's family business is to sell their internal organs to people who need them.
