Ice Cube returns as Craig Jones, a man from South Central Los Angeles with a knack for getting in to trouble. This time out, Craig continues to be trying to outsmart local bully Debo (Tommy"Tiny" Lister Jr.). Debo is decided to overthrow Craig at a rematch, Later Craig gets the better of Debo at a fistfight. Appearing to stay out of Debo's way, Craig's daddy decides that it would have been a good idea for Craig to hideout along with his Uncle Elroy and cousin DayDay at Rancho Cucamonga... but trouble appears to get him there also.
