Louis Theroux: America's Medicated Kids
Faced with their children's troublesome behavior, an increasing number of parents in the United States are resorting to psychoactive medication to help them deal, despite the fact that the prescriptions, and sometimes the diagnosis, are contentious. Louis flies to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to visit one of America's most prestigious children's psychiatric treatment centers in order to get to know the children who have been diagnosed and to learn what motivates parents to put their children on drugs.
