Roy Parmenter Can Be a FBI agent in North Park. 20 years past a spy, nick-named Scuba killed his partner at large. Scuba is trying to extort the Soviets. To establish he's serious, he's killing their representatives one by one, including"sleepers," representatives under deep pay anticipating orders.
