Ice Cream in the Cupboard

Carmen's husband, Pat, becomes increasingly concerned about what is happening to her after she physically assaults him. A succession of unnerving episodes leads him to doubt what is happening to her. Carmen and Pat are only prepared to confront the unthinkable when Carmen becomes disoriented and cannot locate her own home one day. Carmen has early-onset Alzheimer's disease. As Carmen's memory fades and the day approaches when she will no longer be able to recognize her devoted husband, Pat seeks solace in the only spot where the disease cannot reach— his recollections of their life together.
