Alexandra is a faculty student returning to live with her room mates Breanne and Jessica after summer vacations. Throughout the reading a twist of events causes some thing to go drastically wrong, although after a night of drinking, Alex agrees to a psychic reading to learn with her boyfriend, Brian. When Alex awakes she didnt recall the events of the evening. She starts to hear creepy noises black outside and receive scratch marks all over her body. Breanne, Jessica and Brian are not capable of realizing the range of the darkness descending up on her although afraid shes '' she seeks help from her close friends. Instead, Alex receives help from his dad that have dealt with the supernatural earlier and the school scientist.
