The Loved One
Dennis Barlow, a recent transplant to Hollywood from the UK, must make arrangements for his uncle's burial at the well-oiled and lucrative Whispering Glades mortuary. One of their beauticians, Aimee Thanatogenos, has attracted his eye. However, he faces three obstacles: the severe restrictions of owner Blessed Reverend Glenworthy, the rivalry of embalmer Mr. Joyboy, and the guilt of now working himself at The Happy Hunting Ground dogs' funeral home.
