Gabriella is a brave and fierce New York adolescent. She sees her father, a beloved high school teacher, murdered for attempting to assist a tormented kid. Gabriella and her mother relocate to Florida in order to heal from their sadness, and Gabriella enrolls in a new school. But she can't get away from the source of her anguish when she watches a boy being repeatedly tormented in the lunchroom. Gabriella is determined to survive lunch and must find a method to stop the bullies, even if it means confronting the school's most dangerous boy.
