Eric Tsang and Wong Cho Lam lead a cast of Hongkong comedy Celebrities to celebrate the Year of the Goat! Wen Chao (Mr. and Mrs. Gambler) stars in this uproarious comedy as an expert Stephen Chow impersonator who dreams of becoming the next major comedy superstar. With the support of an up-and-coming comedian (Wong Cho Lam) and the founder of a Stephen Chow fanclub (Ella Chen of all S.H.E.), Chao finally gets his foot at the door. However, he discovers the brutal reality of the entertainment universe when he recognizes that investors only need him because of his impersonation skills rather than his ability.
