In this beautiful animated narrative, Pardon-me Pete (Buddy Hackett), the state groundhog of Groundhog Day, tells the story of Jack Frost, who falls deeply in love with a gorgeous young woman and begs Father Winter to make him human so that she is able to see him. His petition is allowed, but only on the condition that by the spring he's a horse, a purse of gold, a residence and a wife -- a tall arrangement! But Jack finds that life as a human is more complicated then he ever thought. The evil Cossack who is threatening to destroy the whole town kidnaps the lady he loves. Nevertheless the way that he is able to save her and the town is always to have his powers back. Jack Frost is!
