Phil Broker is a DEA agent that moved through a catastrophe after his action contrary to a biker gang went horribly wrong and it cost the life of his boss' son. He is recently widowed and is left using a daughter. He decides to give up the turbulent and demanding life of enthusiasm for Maddy's fascination and retires into a little town. His daughter struggles a boy that had been bullying her school off which puts into motion a round of events that end in his lead confrontation with the Meth drug lord. His history with the biker gang enters the arena. However he's a mission in his head and he is prepared to cover for any cost that it demands.
