The stooges work for the Royal Air Force in England as motor technicians. They seek a place to hide after destroying an officer's car, but their option, a sewer pipe, turns out to be a bomb that is thrown on the enemy. Moe and Curly dress themselves as German commanders and Larry as a charming fraulein when they find themselves behind enemy lines. Moe and Curly steal the secret plans from the high command while General Bommel pursues Larry.
