Avalon High
Disney Channel's production of Julie Sherman Wolfe's screenplay adaptation of the Publication Avalon High by Meg Cabot. Elaine"Ellie" Harrison has moved from Minnesota to Annapolis, Maryland while her parents take a year long sabbatical to continue their ancestral research in nearby DC. Her fresh senior high school, Avalon High, seems like a typical high school with the students that are stereotypical: Lance that the jock,'' Jennifer that the cheerleader,'' the terrible boy/desperado, Marco, and certainly will, the class president, quarterback, and all. Although not everybody at Avalon High is who they appear to be, not Ellie herself. Finally it becomes apparent that Avalon High can be a situation. Will, Jennifer, Lance, Marco, along with Mr. Morton all correspond to King Arthur, Queen Guinevere, Knight Lancelot, Mordred, and Merlin, respectively.
