A reluctant hero who is far from superb, melvin, is restraining his abilities. He has neglected at almost everything to his son. After having a brush with death, Melvin decides to use his abilities for good and cleanup the streets of New Orleans with the assistance of his -sidekick. For a man who may do the impossible, it may be a struggle even he can't win.
